Erica traveled to Baltimore today for her second treatment of the anti-CTLA4. She will be back home resting this evening.

Erica and Christian,
Each and every day the two of you continue to amaze me in your selfless ways. Through your long and busy days you think to call see if our kids slept well last night or to bid me well on a silly run or say drop by to make sure I have all of my supplies and ensure that I am prepared. It makes me chuckle and warms my heart so at the same time. The two of you were cut from the same cloth. The finest silk known to man, carefully woven through your good nature and the overwhelming love that has nurtured you both through the years and into the amazing people that you are today. I know that I speak for many when I say that my family and I are so lucky to call you both our dear friends. We love you and are ALWAYS sending love and positive thoughts your way. You are a true inspiration in your journey Erica. You are so blessed to have such a great companion in Christian and must I mention the obvious of how lucky he is to have you. ;) You keep yourself strong and you keep that positivity flowing. Love, happiness and laughter have more healing and strengthening power than we will ever grasp. That power is evident in every picture of you two together. Erica, your smile warms our hearts. Just want to say that I am thinking of you and I hope that you are resting well after your second treatment. I, too, am so amazed by your strength and the outpouring of support from frieds and family that you and Christian have continued to inspire.
